I have an LG G2 D800. I recently performed a factory reset and now every time I go to My Contacts, this AT&T Address Book opens on top of it. I am using the stock Contacts that came with the phone.
I thought I could disable it within Settings/General/Apps/All Apps (see screen shot attached), but like the proverbial cat it keeps coming back. I had somehow disabled it before, after the Lollipop update to Android 5.0.2. Note that clicking "Force stop" or "Clear data (or) cache" does nothing that I can observe.
I am not interested in rooting my phone.
How can I stop the AT&T Address Book from opening?
Help!
