Not sure, i only use CWM. But if TWRP have a recovery for our device then i would say so.

Edit - Reboot into recovery and fix permissions are still good functions to use with rom manager(If your on stock rom) Really is up to you if you think you are going to use it still.

Which one? the Full touch one? or the regular one? The regular one is out of beta im pretty sure.
