CM9 Not syncing emails, facebook, and others

Just installed CM9 and it won't sync anything over data but with wifi it does.

I looked threw all the settings and everything is set to sync.

Any ideas?

Data has been temperamental for about a month for me. I don't understand the problem, but it's on the carriers end, not the users. Did u check your apn settings? Not sure if wifi works without obb patch, but did u flash the patch if your device requires it?

Do you have any phone signal at all? Was it on gingerbread before the flash of cm9?

4 bars all the time. I noticed that when the signal bars are blue it syncs everything. But there rarely blie
