    Default need help please

    i just got my g1 today and it said i needed a subscription update to operate my phone. so i updated it and then it said ther are no upsell options. does anyone know what this means?

    I had the same problem coming from a BB 8900. Assuming you are on T-mobile, a simple call to tech support and you should be up and running. I was told it could take up to 48 hours before it went into effect, but after 2 hours and a battery pull I was up and running.

    For some reason they have to change the wireless provisioning manually in there system.
