Default unlocked G1 + reset = unuseable phone... help

Hi new user here. I bought a T-mobile G1 off of craigslist that was unlocked for use on AT&T who is my carrier. Everything worked fine except you could not send or receive MMS messages. My wife used the phone for a week and decided she liked her Iphone better. I decided to give it a try and thought it would be faster to wipe all her info out and start fresh, bad idea on the reset because now I get the "you dont have a network connection" . I have went into menu -network operators and it searches and finds AT&T and it says i am registered on network but I continually get the same results of no network connection. Anyone with ideas or solutions please help.

    Thanks Travis

Just a quick note, I have figured out the issue... thank you internet and everything works better than when my wife used it. She could not send or receive MMS messages. I can but the only thing that doesnt work now is the bluetooth which did before. Any quick thoughts anyone?

I'm assuming that since you said you did, that you fixed the first issue?

On the Bluetooth side, if you are running a Sense ROM, Bluetooth shouldn't work. If you are on most any other rom, you might want to consider doing a factory reset.
