G2 GPS Issues?

My GPS works very intermittently. When it won't work, I go into GPS Status and see that it's picking up LOTS of satellites *far more than my MyTouch3G every did* But just blips them for a split second, and just sits there doing that.

Rebooting won't take care of it, pulling the battery really didn't either. Later it seems to work, but it is when it decides to. I am out of state right now, and quite upset that my stupid G2 is acting like this, does any one else have these problems? Is there a fix, or replace it? I've got insurance on it...

Maybe your phone is defective...mine works great.

Mine has been doing okay. Takes a little longer than my nexus one to get a signal, but once it does, it does fine.

Works fine, sure it says G2? Check the back and make sure it doesn't say "Galaxy S"

gps on my g2 is not working either. i can't use google navigation because it can't find where i am. it always says looking for gps signal.
