I am having an issue trying to setup the phone ... so at times it will ring... when i need it will vibrate .. and lastly when i need it will remain silent..

i can setup ring ..

i can setup always vibrate... this will make it ring and vibrate... and just vibrate .. but once i set that up on the settings .. no option for silent... silent makes it vibrate..

then i can setup vibrate while not in silent... it will vibrate without any other sound .. but will not directly go to silent.. i have to press up on the rocker.. make it one or two levels of sound and then drop down to silent... the silent will not vibrate however the "just vibrate" feature is lost..

PLEASE HELP .. PLZ

Not sure I fully understood that... but just grab AudioGuru and I expect it will do what you want.
