I attempted to download a video from my email about 3 days ago. The video download was successful, and I have watched and deleted it. However, the "download in process" icon is still in the left corner of my phone and won't go away. I'm also unable to send/receive picture messages. I'm not sure if these two things are part of the same problem or not. I considered just restoring the phone to factory settings to fix this problem, but my phone is unlocked and has a new(ish) OS downloaded. Seeing as how I know basically nothing about cellphones, I'm scared to risk messing up the whole phone.
Any suggestions on how to (easily) fix these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
