    Default Can't use HotSpot, Plan Upgrade Required

    I rarely use hotspot services, but with the Note2 I get a message that I can't enable the service without a plan upgrade.
    I'm already on an unlimited 4g plan, yet they want another $20 for hot spot. I never had this issue with the Galaxy S or Galaxy S 4g. What are the best options to enable hotspot without requiring a plan upgrade.

    My occasional use of hotspot is when I need to test a VPN connection outside of a client's network or pull down a firmware/software update for a client who's router is down, thus no internet connection. So say less than 20 minutes of hot spot on average and very little data use.

    Apn backup and restore
    Make it a system app
    Disable the ics check
    Now copy ur apn manualy
    Deleat all apns
    Re enter yours
    Try teathering again
