How do you root the T-Mobile galaxy s 4g? And any jb or ICS Roms for it?

(PS I know this is the nexus 4 form but I couldent find the other form so ya)

look at the above thread, it will get you where you want to go. the ate no fully functional jb roms for this phone, but there are some good ics roms. pm me if you need further assistance and ill try to help
