Upgrading a rooted Galaxy S 4G to Jelly Bean HELP!

Hey, I'm a newb here and I need your help. I want to upgrade my rooted and unlocked Samsung Galaxy S 4G (SGH-T959W) from Gingerbread to Jelly Bean. I'm not sure how you do it and I need your help, all I know is you have to use CyanogenMod. I don't know how to use CyanogenMod. I rooted it with Odin 1.7. It's almost exactly like the American T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4G. the only difference is there's no T-Mobile badge on the screen. If someone can post detailed instructions on how to upgrade a rooted phone to Jelly Bean, that'd be great.
