Please help, screen dark, desperately need calendar

My inner screen cracked, and I DESPERATELY need the calendar off of this phone. It was supposed to link to my gmail AND to my hotmail accounts, and instead, it stole the information from my email accounts and only stored it to the phone. The information is no longer in my email accounts at all. Please, there has to be some way to get the calendar off of this phone. even if it is just a named file that I can remove and place onto a different device. ALL of my son's specialist appointments are on this calendar (which is why it was supposed to save the information to two email accounts for back up purposes) if I miss ANY of these appointments, we will be put back on a 6 month to 2 year waiting list, and we have already waited so long. All of the doctors numbers were in this phone. I can't get those either. he has an appointment on monday. Please help.:'(
