I've had this phone since day one I rarely talk on the phone and when I do conversation is extremely short. As of the past week and a half at least once a day I get a complaint from the person i'm talking to telling me in these exact words"I can't understand you, you sound like Charlie brown" I love this phone but this is getting annoying especially when multiple people say the same thing.

Exchange it. Clearly phones aren't suppose to do that, and that way you still get to continue using it.

This probably has to do with the case you're using. It's notorious on the Galaxy S IIs. Samsung refuses to acknowledge there's an issue.
