ICS update pulled?

I have been checking Kies over the past few days and cannot get the ICS update, when in the past I have gotten them as soon as I checked.

My question is: Did Samsung/Tmobile pull the update, cause I can't get it through Kies now?

Whenever I check for updates it says:

Latest version is installed.
Installed Version : Ver.2.3.2..........

Any thoughts? Thanks.

I should add, my android version/kernel is:

2.6.35.11

The last update prior to the ICS update.

I updated on the 16th, had lock up, updated Kies and still had to flash maybe 3 times.

Checked again today and shows an update finally!

Kind of weird though, almost like they were doing a regional thing, which usually happens for OTA updates. Fingers crossed for when I get a chance to do this. Will probably wait until after my upcoming weekend get-away, at this point, in case there are any unforeseen hiccups.

I would definitely wipe and do the upgrade as opposed to doing the upgrade over Kies. @BobMarley has pretty good directions at ICS problems
