    Default New to SGS2 T989

    Hi all

I am new to the SGS2 T989. I am coming from a Nexus S 4G, which I rooted and went with Peter Alfonso's Bugless Beast, running Matr1x kernel.

I am going to be using Straight Talk in Baltimore/DC. What's your experience been with Straight Talk?

Also, because I was running a Nexus device with a lightly tweaked AOSP ROM, I would like to find something similar for the SGS2 T989. I prefer as close to vanilla as possible, I don't like CM or AOKP (why the cheesy unicorn?), because they are just too buggy imo. I've tried them all and kept going back to Bugless Beast. So, I'd like to find a ROM that is the equivalent of Bugless Beast if possible. I hope it is out there!!

Looking forward to getting to know you all on this forum!

I'm not sure what version of Cm you were running but there is a cm9 rc2 nightly out for the gs2 which I found no bugs with. But if you look over in xda youll find plenty of roms there
