I have been looking for a resolution to this issue for a while, but have not found 1. On and off I have been upgrading my father's handset to a jelly bean ROM, but I have to keep going back to ICS due to the terrible voice quality. I know this is been discussed before, but I can't seem to find a fix or resolution to the issue. It seems that any jelly bean ROM that I install to the phone causes an issue with voice quality where is sounds like you are talking through water. Does anyone have a fix for this at this time? I currently installed cm10 on the phone

Go to your phone settings and make sure the Noise Suppression box is ticked. Just push the phone button, hit menu and go to settings.
