I installed the latest version that cyanogenmod had for my phone Samsung galaxy s3, which I rooted. It says it is installed successfully, but now when Cyanogen is stuck on the loading screen for a min. I reinstalled it, no difference. What do I do? Oh, the only error I received was that there was no MB5 file found in the zip.

You likely didn't let the ROM go through the booting process completely, as it should take quite a while for it to finally start up. If that's not the problem, it may be a bad download, which means you may have to redownload the ROM package.
