Someone something messing with my phone monsterly

The apps don't seem to be able to start and look like droids, after a while restarting the phone. Not all the apps. Like someone messing with my phone abnormally. Hijacking something.

Secondly other apps allso dont start and a message appears wont be able to start you have to restart the launcher but after doing that They, the apps, still doesn't launch and the same again not all of the apps.

Clear the cache in recovery. See if that helps with some of your issues, as I am not sure you have anything really wrong with your device.
