Need some help... unlocked a T-Mobile S3, entered APN info but still can't download MMS.
I can see the message but it won't let me download it.
Suggestions on how to fix this? Also noticed I can't make calls over wifi. Is there a work around.

The calls over WiFi is a T-Mobile only thing, will not work on ATT.
Also it could be the slow speed not letting you download MMS. On ATT with a T-Mobile phone you will only get Edge speed.

I get 3G. Can't get 4G since AT&T isn't on LTE like T-mobile. I get data... Just not MMS ... It says "downloading" them times out. Any clue?

Try using tweakker from play store to configure it.

Again could be due to low speed. Have you tried Speedtest.net from the Play Store to see what your download/upload speeds are.
