    Unhappy Help Please Error message

A few days ago I started getting this error message pop up and now I am getting it more and more often and is very annoying. It basically freezes up my phone for a few seconds.

Here is what it says: and I have a screen shot of it.
Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.

Has anyone encountered this? Any help or suggestions?

I did a Factory Reset, which I hate to do! But it fixed the problem. Now I just want to find out what app is giving me these annoying advertisements in my notification bar!

Question Re: Help Please Error message

I am getting the same error. A lot. Happens on 4G not on WiFi. When surfing, happens about every 20 seconds or so. Everything locks up, then the error screen will show, then eventually you will be able to click OK and the app continues to run where it left off. 20 seconds (or so) later, the same problem. I absolutely hate to do a factory reset. Any more specific suggestions?

UUUgghhh tell me about it the Factory Reset!! I lost all my music and a lot of my data on the apps. Had to reinstall everything of course. It did get rid of that problem though.
Only other suggestion I can think of is to go to browser and clear all the "cache" and "cookies" Not sure what else you can do. You can try calling T-mobile, but I think they will just end up making you do the Factory Reset anyways. I still get a little freezing when I do not have good signal or not on 4g, but I don't get that pop up error anymore.

This happened to me today. All you need to do is remove your Google account (Your main Google account that syncs to your phone) from the Sync menu and re-add it. It stopped the error messages for me.

If you're getting notification ads, you might wanna check into "airpush detector"... either that or check the my account app... their new version gives notifications that can be annoying...
