Lock screen photo???

So I went into the settings menu and selected the "lock screen" then chose a pic from an album and selected "set as" and chose "lock screen" but it didn't change... Can anyone help me on this issue? Can't seem to change the pic!!!

This is the image of what comes up.... I pick the lock screen but nothing changes.....

Pick the pic you want using the stock gallery app, for whatever reason it does not work using the quickpic app.

Yeah I went into the stock gallery and went through the steps but it didn't work.....

I noticed that the home and lock screen and lock screen both have a lock icon on them.... I'm wondering if that's way I can't change the screen....
