    Does anyone kno how to downgrade a jelly bean flash so i can get back to ics

    Search "return to stock rom"

    Use Odin and the stock rom file from Sammobile

    Did you not make a nandroid backup before you flashed JB? If not, there look here There is a completely stock (non rooted) backup.
