What is the difference between VIP and Regular membership? What is VIP's yearly fee?
Additionally, sometimes these $1 phones require at least $30 internet, which means you actually pay $240 over 2 yrs for that service, and you cannot downgrade to $20 or $10 internet without Sams club charging you some penalty.

If they allow $20 data, then this is the best deal.
