Settings -> About device -> Software Update. The button is at the top of the About device page.

Try clearing data from Google service framework in settings>application manager >all

I got it earlier, but I canceled it cuz I wanted to wait till I was on WiFi to download. But now I can't get the update back. So annoying! Anyone know if that messed something up by canceling it.

Canceling should not screw this up. I also have done this a few times where I postpone/cancel my download so I can do it on reliable wifi. But it always popped up again when I went to check for software updates again. It should also pop up and ask you automatically later.

Just do it using Kies on your PC.
