Can't update Kies

I've tried to update Kies twice and both times at 85 percent it stops and says network error. It's at SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_mobile_phones.exe.

are you trying to update it on your phone or pc? Have you tried the app airdroid? it does the same thing as Kies

On my pc. It's not the Kies air.

That happened to me also. Using My Computer surf to C:\Program Files\Samsung\Kies\USB Driver\ and manually install the drivers. It worked for me.
