I can't receive a picture from my buddies AT&T Galaxy S3 but I can send him a image over S-beam. What may be the problem.?

Google is for the people and by the people. Android is for the people and by the tech people. Nexus is for the geeks and by the geeks.

Turn of the s beam feature in your settings and just use your android beam. They work the same way. I have an LG Nexus 4 and my friend has a GS3. And we can share photos and websites with android beam. Let me know if that works for you.

I turned off my S Beam and used android beam. When I used android beam my buddy was able to send me a picture. Did he send the picture through S-Beam because he did not turn off his S-Beam or did his phone switch to Android Beam since my phone had the S-Beam off?
