Where are the settings to choose Google as the default contacts list instead of the phone? I don't see it in the contacts settings menu.

I always forget to choose Google when I create a new contact.

I always get a popup when I enter a new contact giving a choice of phone or google. I don't think you can set a default for this.

I don't get a pop-up. On my GS2 there was a setting.

Thanks GTWaiting. Your comment gave me an idea. I fixed it by clearing the contacts data in the applications manager. I added a new contract and got the pop-up and chose Google. Now when I add a new contract Google shows in the drop-down box instead of phone.
