Ever since the most recent update, my Galaxy s3 has been not been charging when the phone is unlocked.

So I have it plugged in and in use, the battery actually Drains instead of charging.

But it does charge when the phone is on and locked, and when the phone is off and plugged in.

It's a real annoyance and any help would be much appreciated
