Another issue I have noticed with Android 4.3 is when I use voice recognition in messaging it will not capitalize proper names, cities, the word ?I? or anything. Besides having to go through and fix a lot of incorrect words it put I also have to change out small letter for capital letters. What a pain. Any ideas. And yes I just did a master reset last Saturday. I have also checked and I am up to date on my software.
