Interested in the Amaze due to good pricing and specs. Beside the "heft", my biggest concern is battery life, which I've seen quite a few complaints about. As a 3g Galaxy S owner, with moderate usage, I've no problem getting through a day. Has anyone else come from a Galaxy S and can confirm their happiness and/or displeasure?

I just went from a G2x to an Amaze and my battery life was abysmal until I bit the bullet and bought aftermarket batteries. Now I can go around 24 hours with moderate usage on WiFi with WiFi calling enabled.

I'm thinking about going to from the Amaze to the Samsung. I think the Amaze was a smart choice a year ago plus I really wanted FM radio working out of the box, but I've had just too many problems. It's a shame since I prefer HTC as a company.
