PRL Update?

OK, I'm not a phone "newb" but I'm scratching my head over this issue.
(I've been on Sprint the past 4 years, just got on T-Mobile)
I can't figure out how to manually update my PRL (preferred roaming list) on my HTC One. (again, T-Mobile edition)
What am I missing? On my previous HTC phones on Sprint, it was there in Settings under software update.
On THIS phone, it's a simple "ID10T button" of 'check for updates'. I've even looked over in Developer options.
I did discover they took away my option to keep the screen ON when plugged in, which is something of a pain to me, but I really do LOVE this phone overall!

I don't think tmobile will do that. If I am not mistaken that is a CDMA only thing (Sprint and Verizon).

PRL, or Prefered Roaming List is something that is associated with CDMA carriers, Sprint / Verizon.
We GSM users, T-Mobile and ATT do not need to worry about that.
If TMO has an agreement with another carrier your phone will know it and automatically roam. In some cases GSM can and will roam onto carriers who might not have roaming agreements.
I for one turn roaming off to avoid issues. But thats just me.. I also dont travel. LOL
