EVO 3D Battery is the exact same dimensions with the writing on the opposite side. Just confirmed in case anyone was wondering.

After you'll test it for a day or two, will you let us know how longer, then standard Sensation battery, is holding the charge?

Thanks for sharing. I think a real life testing is better then a guesstimate, though. If I'm not asking to much

Phil has said this, and now you've showed us picture proof. Awesome.
Yeah! If you could run these for a few days and tell us how much better the Evo 3D battery is I might buy it as my main battery :P

    BatteryTime Pro

I needed something on my screen that shows the percentage of battery remaining, I used it with my Nexus One, it works quite well with the Sensation too. With the sensation you have to put in the battery mAh when changing batteries. How accurate is it? If you look at the screen shot above with the standard battery it show's 8:35 hours of talk time, if you look at the specs of the HTC Sensation at the HTC site, it show's up to 500 minutes which is 8.33 hours. I looked up the talk time on the EVO 3D and it st states 560 minutes or 9.33 hours, considering the Sensation might be a little more efficient, 9:46 hours might be spot on!

I ordered a HTC brand EVO 3D battery tonight for my Sensation 4G. I'll post performance comparisons after used it back to back with the stock battery for a week or so. Thanks for the info! Anything that increases uptime is a good thing!

Battery life is better, I can go about 1 1/2 to 2 hours longer on normal use. But from what I'm reading a cheaper alternative is to get the CHICHITEC 1900mAh battery. It has some VERY good reviews on xda-developers forum for the Sensation.

    single battery

two batteries with a charger deal

LOL...you don't have to see it unless your changing batteries or have an external charger. What I might add, I haven't seen one test where an aftermarket company battery is rated as they advertise...people are having good luck with this battery, but will it last the 300-500 charge cycles like an OEM HTC battery...that's yet to be seen.

thanx Tacjim, yeah I ran across that battery while researching batteries for my Sensation, just thought it was overly hyped 1500mah or less battery....Id really be curious to see how it holds up in the long run after several charging cycles! If it does its a true winner, would be great to be able to hit the phone a little harder & get a full day from it w/o the need to swap out batteries mid day!....thanx again!!

I just got the ChiChiTec 1900mAh battery and will try it tomorrow. Will post the results in a few days. I did fall victim to an advertised 1800mAH battery that gave me same or maybe less than stock battery life so be careful! The 1900mAh sounds more promising so lets see....

Yeah I hope it works out. A full replacement battery alltogether would be great as opposed to just having an extra that would need swapped out mid day...Im gunna head over to XDA to say what they have been saying about the CHICHITEC battery.

I am definitely interested. The battery life on my Sensation is already quite impressive for an Android phone but more is definitely better. Especially if the additional battery life can be ained without making the phone thicker.

I guess I will have to go pick up an Evo 3D battery and give it a try.

OK here it is...have had the ChiChiTec 1930mAh Evo 3D battery in my Sensation for just over 12 hours now and still have 40% battery left! This is a definite improvement compared to my stock battery where it would have had to be charged by now if not a couple of hours ago. Looks like this is the real deal so far. No using Juice Defender or any other battery saving utility so will try that soon too....
