My Sensation won't recognize my SD card. I copied over picture files from my old verizon phone to the new card. Put it in the phone and it found them initially and let me take new pics as well and put them on the card. But since yesterday, it keeps telling me to insert an SD card. I've rebooted, taken out the card, put it back in, etc. and sometimes it says "searchng for pictures and videos" but it never finds them. or it just says "please insert an sd card" and also if i try to take a new picture it says the same thing. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Try backing up the data to your computer, format the SD card using your phone, then copy the data back onto the card.

Good point lol

If you have any devices that can accept SD cards I would try that out first. Could possibly be a dead SD card.
If another device recognizes it, then try and use that to reformat it.

Also, if recognized, back up everything you want to keep.
