Hi, I bought the phone second hand from Cash Converters about 4 weeks ago. I am/was really pleased with the phone but yesterday I let the battery run down and I haven't been able to turn it back on since.

I've tried the factory reset 'hold the volume down' trick and it doesn't work. I also tried to install drivers but my PC wont recognize the phone.

When charging the led flashes orange and sometimes red.

Also, I'm pretty sure I've missed the return period for Cash Converters so I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

Same here. But I tried to flash a kernel on mine, it failed to reboot, i unplugged it, and it won't come on again.
