internet loading help

I am not a phone expert, but I know how to surf the internet, etc. I have a HTC sensation, my husband has a smart phone as well. We have service with family mobile. Both our phones worked great. But in this past week our internet will not load on our phones when we're home. When I get on the internet at work it connects and loads great, at home it just says loading but won't load. Any suggestions?
