Powered off my HTC sensation and when I tried it again the screen came up with this:

I went to the tmobile store and they were no help what so ever. When I plug the phone into the computer using the USB cable, nothing happens. It does not read it. Please help. I have text messages on this phone that are very special and I would love to have the opportunity to save them! Thanks in advance for any help! Karen
