I had a BlackBerry for years and it finally gave out so I upgraded to a Sensation. For about two weeks I was getting MMS messages just fine, then it just stopped working. I've called T-Mobile and their tech support told me that since I could send and receive messages on another phone that my new phone was defective. When I try to download MMS messages I get an error that says "general network failure" but T-Mobile says it's not their problem. I have a new baby niece that I want to get pics of - how do I get my phone to start accepting pic messages again?!
