HTC Sensation Screen Problem

hey guys just wondering if anyone has had his problem i got my sensation wednesday finally lol got it out the box started using it perfect even the carousel view worked smoothly both ways yesterday after noon i went to use it n i noticed dust on the screen i tried cleaning it but nothing i think there is dust underneath the screen or a dead pixel any1 had this issue im really not happy lol

If you have dust under the screen, I would take it back for a replacement.

Agreed, I dont see anything unusual on my screen as far as dust or dead pixels but I get lines across my screen with certain widgets, thinking I might return mine for a new one today....

And you will get a new one with the same issue. It's not the phone, Sense 3.0 it's wacky, everybody has the same issue with the widgets.

Mine just got this issue yesterday. Definitely looks like dust under the screen. Even if I'm outside of the 14 day window, does anyone know if the insurance plan will cover this?

Yes. HTC has typically considered this a warranty repair/replacement issue, beginning with the old Nexus One's. Good Luck!

thanks every1 for answering i spoke to htc they said to me if i said it to them it will take a few weeks but if its sent back to the origanal company they will send a brand new one back
