LG G2: Battery / Charging Issues

Has anyone notices the G2 feels hot and takes a long time to charge? I was at 2% and charged for 3 hours and got to 41%. Is this normal? Had the phone for about 3 weeks. Just jumped from Verizon after 20 years. Service is good. But phone seems......?

This is not normal for the G2. Mine does not get very hot and charges in 1.5 hrs.

Brought the g2 to my local tmobile store. The rep did some diagnostics and suggested a factory reset. Problem solved. Phone is now cool as a cucumber and the battery will last all day with moderate use. Happy again
