Need to Load back Default Android - Please Help

Hi All,

I just bought the mytouch 3G over the ebay, and this phone is rooted with custom Hero rom, with Sense UI created by HTC. Looks like the guy who sold me the phone he totally overwrote the default android that came with phone with this Hero rom, from SD card, and he doesn't have any backup on

But this Hero Rom is very slow for me, so i just wanna go back whatever the default version comes with mytouch when you buy it thru tmobile, i think it is Android 1.6.

Any one has any ideas where i can get information on how to do it ?
