Cyanogen mod to stock on 3g please!!!

OK, I have the mytouch 3g with the 3.5 jack. I had someone put the cyanogen mod onto it about 6 months ago. It worked good at first but now it is really slow, corrupts my pics and vids in my gallery, and force closes alot among other things.
I am tired of this, But unfortunately my friend cant help. There is no copy of my original OS and my friend told me he couldn't make my card a goldcard for some reason, and now I cant get a hold of him for help. So what I was wandering is, can I return my phone to stock, and how in simplest way possible please?

Ya I suggest you go to XDA forum and look under myTouch 3G Dev section.

Follow the guide install new rom, or revert back to stock.

name the file SAPPIMG.ZIP and place on SD card. Reboot into bootloader (volume down/power) and let it detect. "Action" is pressing in the trackball.
