On my daughter's MyTouch Slide 4G we just started getting "Visual Voicemail Full" alert in notifications. I have checked the app drawer, etc and I cannot for the life of me find the Visual Voicemail app anywhere. No icon to launch the application anywhere as far I can tell.

She has never used visual voicemail and her regular voicemail is empty.

The only place I can find visual voicemail is in the app manager where we get the generic Android app icon and all I can do is "force stop". This will temporarily stop the notfication.

Running on t-mobile USA and on Gingerbread.

Any ideas?
