I'm seeing protected apps show up in the market now. There are four comments confirming the same on the Google Code defect.
FYI being protected and non-free are not synonymous. The Fandango app is free but protected. The iSyncr app is non-free but not protected. - 01-25-2011, 02:33 AM #7
Looks like we are going through the same with the 2.3.2 update. You would think they would add it as they start rolling out the updates?
Ah well, I have already installed the protected Apps I use the most, as long as they don't start disappearing from my phone in the meantime
