Default Rogers Nexus S Hspa+ ATT

Seeing as Rogers uses the same technology as ATT's hspa+, will it be able to run on ATT's Hspa+?

Technically, yes. Same frequencies (850/1900) so should be OK on AT&T's network.

    Default 4G ?

Does this mean it will be access 4G speeds ? Whats the cap on the phone ? 14.4 Hspa ? 21 Hspa ? is ATT that far along yet or just TMO ?
