Caught on bootloop!! Help!!! Can't access recovery or do hard reset!!

Everytime I turn on my phone, it shows the LG logo for 2 secs, turns off. Sometimes it repeats over and over again. I tried all the methods of getting into recovery or doing a hard reset, but none of them work. I even tried formatting my SD card, but it didn't help. I saved the back up folder from the Clock Work Mod folder on my SD card to my desktop because I thought I might need it. Please help!

Have you tried formatting SD card from PC then inserting it back, Taking out the battery wait a couple minutes then put it back in. Press and hold home button and volume down, then while still holding the buttons, turn the phone back on, go and wipe data/ factory defaults then turning it on.
