Download from Facebook option missing in Gallery

My mom and I just got our new S4's a couple days apart. I was able to download a couple pictures from my Facebook account, from the Gallery, using the "download" option.

I helped my Mom set up her new S4 today, and while talking her through her pictures, we discovered that the "download" option was missing from her phone, and she could not get any of her Facebook pictures to download to her device.

Is there something wrong with my Mom's phone? I would like to know ASAP so we will have time to take it back and get a new one. I tried Samsung Support but couldn't get through, and I think TMobile will just make me call Samsung, and this phone is too new to get a lot of help online.

Any suggestions would be great!

Its not your phone.

Its a setting somewhere. Someone will have to tell you the setting I never used fb

Oh. Ok. Thanks @friedtators. I have no idea where to go to try and find the setting, even though I've been up and down this phone for days. TMobile suggested I uninstall/reinstall the Sync with Facebook Apps. So, I guess we could try that.
