It is hard to understand why a Steelers' fan is just South of Philly.

I would like to ask you something.... I am in south florida and back in June LTE was activated. When I am outside I get between 10 and 20MGS but inside my house I don't even get to 10....but my question is: does your LTE icon stays on all of the time ?? or comes and go ??
