Keeps doing data connection

When I'm not on wifi at work my t-mobile s4 will frequently lose the data connection. Sometimes I have to restart, sometimes it comes back. Anybody else running into this? It's a fairly new occurrence - just the last couple weeks or so.

Does anyone else on T-Mobile around you have this issue? Also did this happen with the update or just randomly?

One more question... Does it only happen at your work or when you're out and about as well?
