restarting issues

earlier today i was playing a game on my phone, one ive been playing for a week with no problems. then today the screen froze and the phone restarted. then will only stay on for about 20 seconds before restarting itself again. this continued all day. i've taken the battery, sim, and sd card out for over 10 minutes and put back in and its still not working. any suggestions please help this phone is only 3 weeks old and it replaced another s4 i was having problems with. i really like the phone and i don't want to have to get a new one again.
