- Reskinned swype with old skin per request
- Added 3 button toggle in pulldown - sounds on/silent/vibrate
- Fixed BT audio quality
- BT toggle now turns on BT automatically instead of taking you to BT setup screen
- Killed battery full notification in status bar
- Added auto zipalign script to init.d
- Sh.bin moddifed
- Increased wifi scanning gap to reduce battery drain
- Modified built in memory handler to strict
- Modified CFQ IO scheduler for optimized read/write
- Re-enabled low-latency mode
- Removed penalty for back-seeks
- Modified kernel scheduler - made less aggressive - this makes a huge difference in UI and app responsiveness
- Manually set starting dalvik heap size
- Changed all mounted partitions to 'noatime' - by default this is set to 'realtime' which causes slow downs.

- New boot/shutdown sounds - introducing 'Millie'

Bionix 1.7 *update*

Bionix 1.7:
- Complete JI6 build
- JI2 modem re-added to fix battery drain issue caused by JI6 modem
- GPS fixed - locks 10 sats on average within 6 seconds based off tests
- Market lag fixed - updated to froyo 2.2 market
- Call connect/disconnect tones fixed, no more FC issues
- Stealth Page Indicators
- Startup/Shutdown Sounds
- MMS picture send/receive fixed - added AOSP 2.1 mms, re-skinned by viralblack (awesome job!)
- Setcpu fix - no wake lag/wake death if clocks set properly @ 200/1200 conservative - do not check set on boot. You must reset manually after each reboot.
- Audio player and volume fixed - proper volume and plays through headphones.
- Upgraded ROM Manager and Google Voice apps
- Stock keyboard fixed/upgraded - voice to text function accurate, re-skinned black (by viralblack)

Update 2 v1.8

Complete JI6 Build
- JI2 modem for better battery life while maintaining great data (if you want JI6 modem, you'll have to flash it separately for the time being)
- Fixed camera storage issue where 100's of blank files were being created
- Made one last and final GPS fix (I've been consistently getting 9-10 sat locks within 7 seconds, 3 meter accuracy)
- 2.1 stock MMS.apk now with puzzle notifications (Twiz mms wasn't sending/receiving pictures messages)
- Fixed live wallpaper issue
- Added back 2.1 market so ALL apps were visible
- I9000 camera
- FFC support - camera verified working with my rom (video is still questionable, I need someone to test)
- Fixed call volume (I hope, let me know)
- New live wallpaper
- More speed tweaks - this puppy is SMOOOOTH
- New wallpaper (Yeah...its October!)
- Stealth page identifiers - only active on screen touch
- Pandora issue fixed

- Menu button no longer unlocks screen while using stock android lock screen
- Touchwiz Mms now sends and receives pictures messages
- Screen now turns on when notification is received
- Puzzle notifications now work when using puzzle lock screen
- Screen lock up fixed - this happened while using the puzzle lock screen and the phone went idle while on a phone call
- Updated 'update-script' to auto wipe dalvik-cache while flashing (this may have smoothed things out)

A good friend of mine recently flashed this as well and is thoroughly enjoying it. He said more other ROMs he has tried had too many bugs.

I wish the Epic had some Froyo ROMs out
